Partnerships and Affiliations

ANZTCT is proud to collaborate with a diverse network of national and international organisations working across cellular therapy, transplantation, research, quality standards, and patient advocacy.

Together, these partnerships help strengthen our shared commitment to advancing outcomes for patients across Australia and New Zealand.

National Leadership & Health Policy

ANZTCT is a formal Implementation Partner of the Australian Cancer Plan, working alongside Cancer Australia to progress national cancer strategy for the transplant and cellular therapy sector. Through this partnership, ANZTCT leads initiatives including:

  • Operating the ANZTCT Registry to support clinical practice improvement, service planning, and research
  • Supporting professional education and training for TCT health professionals, embedding cultural safety and equity
  • Strengthening quality assurance through alignment with international TCT accreditation standards
  • Advancing equity for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, including through culturally safe care and Indigenous governance of Registry data
  • Developing patient information and consumer representation, including translation of resources into languages commonly spoken in Australia
  • Deepening international collaboration with registries and organisations across the US, Canada, UK, Europe and Asia

This work reflects our commitment to ensuring cellular therapy and transplantation perspectives are represented in national cancer strategy and system design.
