Data Manager Special Interest Group

The ANZTCT Data Managers SIG (DMSIG) provides leadership, education, and support to data managers working in transplantation and cellular therapies (TCT). The group is responsible for identifying and addressing TCT data management priorities, including FACT-JAICIE accreditation-required registry data audits, accreditation support, research strategies, education, and advocacy for best data management practice.

Interested in joining the ANZTCT Data Manager SIG?

ANZTCT recognises the important contribution of Data Managers to transplant and cellular therapy programs and the ANZTCT Registry. Eligible Data Managers may apply for a complimentary ANZTCT membership fee waiver.

Eligibility Criteria

You may be eligible for an ANZTCT membership fee waiver if you meet all of the following criteria:

DM SIG Membership

  • You are a current member of the ANZTCT Data Managers Special Interest Group (DM SIG).

Active Contribution

  • Your role includes entering data into ANZTCT Registry databases.
  • You are actively contributing to DM SIG and Registry activities.

Meeting Attendance

  • You attend at least 50% of DM SIG meetings each year (minimum of 2 out of 4 meetings).

Review and Approval

  • Membership fee waivers are approved by the DM SIG Chairs.
  • Fee waivers apply for a period of 12 months and are reviewed annually.
  • ANZTCT reserves the right to withdraw a fee waiver if eligibility requirements are no longer met.

How to Apply

  • Please note that eligible Data Managers should not apply through the standard ANZTCT membership process.
  • To be considered for complimentary membership, please complete the Data Manager Membership Expression of Interest (EOI) Form. Applications will be reviewed by the DM SIG Chairs and eligible applicants will receive a personalised invitation link to complete their ANZTCT membership registration.
