Pharmacy Special Interest Group

Advancing Transplant and Cellular Therapy Pharmacy Across Australia & New Zealand

The ANZTCT Pharmacy Special Interest Group (PSIG) provides leadership, education, and support for pharmacists involved in Transplant and Cellular Therapies (TCT). We champion safe, evidence-based care, foster continuous professional growth, and help shape the future of TCT pharmacy practice.

The PSIG includes pharmacists from across Australia and New Zealand, working together to strengthen TCT pharmacy practice. PSIG Focus Areas

  • Leadership and Support

    Provide leadership to champion safe, evidence-based transplantation and cellular therapy services.
  • Education and Training

    Deliver workshops, webinars, and peer training to enhance professional knowledge and skills.
  • Research Collaboration

    Identify and address priority pharmacy research areas to advance clinical practice.
  • Competency Framework

    Develop national standards and competencies for pharmacists working in transplantation and cellular therapy.
  • Interdisciplinary Partnership

    Collaborate with other professional groups and societies to strengthen multidisciplinary care.
