Quality Manager Special Interest Group The ANZTCT Quality Manager SIG (QMSIG) brings together quality managers working in transplantation and cellular therapies (TCT). We provide a supportive space to connect, share knowledge, and grow professionally, while leading initiatives in education, research, accreditation, and advocacy for best clinical practice in TCT. The QMSIG includes quality managers, clinical leaders, and accreditation specialists, bringing together a broad range of perspectives to guide and support quality management in TCT. Projects and Initiatives The QMSIG is actively engaged in several initiatives to support quality management excellence across TCT services. Key projects to date include: Standardised Audit Tools – Development of a comprehensive audit tool set to support annual mandatory audits required under the FACT–JACIE Standards. Quality Manager Certification – A collaborative project with FACT to establish a structured pathway for Quality Manager training and certification in Australia and New Zealand. Working Groups – Dedicated Quality Improvement, Education & Fundraising, and Engagement working groups driving specific areas of focus within the SIG. NPAAC Tier 4 Standards Review Consultation – Participation in national consultation processes to provide input into the review of the Tier 4 Standards.
